Anoop is Desi-American multi-instrumental artist,producer,songwriter, originally from Oklahoma, and now based in Los Angeles. He began his career at Occidental College, where he helped start the school's music production major that was recognized as one of Billboard’s top 10 Music Programs in 2019 and 2020.

 

From there, Anoop produced for Rick Rubin signee Madison Ryann Ward and has since then produced and written songs for grammy-nominated Summer Walker, Asake, Fireboy DML, Sailorr (debut album FROM FLORIDA’S FINEST peaked no. 1 on Apple Music’s Top R&B Albums), Syd (who he has worked on her last two songs with Raphael Saadiq and Darkchild), Hope Tala(“I Can’t Even Cry” featured on Barack Obama’s Summer Playlist 2025), Umi & BTS(“wherever u r” appearing in 16 Top 50 entries, amassing over 170m streams worldwide), Samm Henshaw, Tori Kelly, Fana Hues, Joseph Solomon, Anais Cardot, and many more. Additionally, Anoop founded After Dinner Records, a collective that throws shows and parties globally that has featured artists and DJs like Audrey Nuna, Ogi, bLAck pARty, Guiltybeatz, and more. Additionally, Anoop as a solo artist has 140k monthly listeners, and has only released 3 songs.

 

Anoop’s talent and taste has led him to collaborate with creatives around the world, working with artists and musicians throughout the US, UK, Europe, Africa, and Asia, solidifying him as one of the foremost global producers in the business.
