Google Workplace Annual Storage Pricing for Employees
The table below details annual costs for Google Storage accounts if more storage beyond the ITS provided quotas of 100 GB for employees and 10 GB for shared mailboxes is needed. For example, if a shared mailbox needs more than 10 GB the first tier would be $100 for 100 GB. If an employee needs more than 100 GB then their first tier would be $120 for 200 GB.
Please note that these quota amounts are NOT in addition to the free quota provided by ITS. A request for an employee to have a 200 GB quota for $120 will result in a 200 GB quota and not a 100 free + 200 paid = 300 GB quota. A request for a shared mailbox to have a 100 GB quota for $100 will result in a quota of 100 GB and not a 10 free + 100 paid = 110 GB quota.
